Fire extinguisher service and maintenance is essential as required by the new fire safety order. The British Standard Code of Practice BS 5306:3 states that fire extinguisher servicing needs to be carried out at least annually to ensure that the extinguishers are safe and will always function in an emergency. Our quality fire extinguishers will provide many years of reliable fire protection and although they come with a five year manufacturers’ guarantee, an annual service by a competent engineer is still required.
Coastal Fire offer excellent rates for the supply and installation of portable fire extinguishers. We are able to carry out a free bespoke survey at your premises to identify your requirements and offer advice on what equipment you need. Following your survey we can then supply, service and install this equipment with the appropriate brackets, stands and signage. Extinguishers which are supplied and installed by us are serviced to British Standards 5306-3:2017 prior to installation.
